You are shy and want to be a leader? DON'T WORRY
you are a introvert and still you posses the skills to be a leader but the very most thing you don't have to be a great leader?
first of all what is it?
it's a Strong professional NETWORK with good people.
But there is stop for every introvert to build a strog network. i'm a introvert too, i'm shy at first time when i goes to clg. But then i meet peoples who are good at making freinds and buld a strong relationship. First thing comes in my mind that time was "i'm a littel shy but i have more knowledge than them but.....
After some time i understand that they are learning more than me although they don't have the skills and knowledge. Then i learn my thing that having much knowledge doesn't mean anything i have to express it to every one if want to make friends. i have to be more loyal than now with my self and other.
And then i started to think like that. I put the thing to make more friends at top of the my list of work. I changes my attitude to be a friend with peoples who are not same as me.I stay with them and learn that every person have the stage fear, they also can't talk in public, they are shy with someone who posses more knowledge than them, and lots more so i think that "I'm same as them.then i have chances to make my self good presenter or a leader even if i don't have the skills to build a professional network (At-least for now). Then i do the thing in which i'm best than everyone else the curiosity to learn new to improve my self so i take my laptop and search about it.

Here's the quote from this book..
“The two most important recommendations I have for introverts when it comes to networking are:
->Don’t let it intimidate you; it’s important to make it a priority as your network is an incredibly valuable asset in your career.
->Network with a giving mindset. Go into each event or conversation with the intention of helping others.
