Have the fear of the failure?

Everyone has the fear of the failure, no one is an exception in that. But it is the most affecting factor now a day in India. I have recently joined a startup course and there are many people I saw that everyone have the idea to do business and became an entrepreneur but they all have one thing that is restraining them from doing or starting it. It's the fear of the failure.

I am also working on my startup idea and finding people to make a team with but when I talk to these people almost all of them says that "we prefer doing a job rather than a startup."
and when I ask about the reason they say "what if we fail?"
Everybody has the fear of failure and that thing is restraining them from doing the best they can or what they are capable of.
This the reason why I'm writing this article today. I don't have a bigger failure like some entrepreneurs but I have many of them(but small ones).
So, let's see how to overcome that fear of failure to do some great things.

The first failure I have faced is about this blog I have started this is almost a year ago that time I do not know about blogs but I liked to read stories and articles about almost everything so I can't find a specific topic on which I should make my blog. So, I started aggregate blog what I read I share the links of that on my blog. But, it didn't make anything good so I stopped and forget about it with thinking "It's not my thing". Then after some time I started again and the result was same but the thing makes me start it again is not any type of motivation it was the feeling of regret. Everyone feels regret about something at some point in their life. After that, I started again but still failed.(it's the fourth time I have started again). Still, I do not know what will be the result but the after starting it, again and again, I don't even think about failure. But not everyone feels regret and some want some motivation. I also have started and youtube comedy video channel too but it also ends in failure. I did not start it again because I don't have much time to focus on making the video and learning more about editing. I have concluded some points from my experience and some from some books about fear of failure.

-> Change Your Goal: When we are starting for the first time we should not think about what will we get from it. some people set goals for money. Before starting anything they start thinking that how much they will get from it. Let me give you my own example when I first started my blog I was thinking about getting money from it. The second time was same. Of course third was the same as well. But when failed the third time I started to read about blogs. And I get to know that every time I start again I start it with something new something that can give me more views. And each time I fail I learn something from it. So this time I changed my goal to "learning something new" rather than getting money from it. when your goal is like this you never ever feel the fear of the failure cause in any case success or failure you are getting benefits from it you will learn something no matter what. So, Shifting your goal can remove your fear of the failure.

-> Find your obstacles: Nowadays, on the internet, everything we can find related to anything and your business idea or what you are going to do is not an exception. Try to find what obstacles you will face and make a plan based on those obstacles. After making the plan and following it you can fight with the fear of the failure. Like I am working on my startup before investing any money I made some research related to my target market and target customers and need for my products my competitors and what the are providing. According to this info, I make my plan so with a plan, research and positive thinking I can neglect my fear of failure.

-> Fight the fear with another fear:  As I said before that I have failed many times and as well as I lost my motivation too. But this is not the end. If you stop there then for some time you will be good but after some time you have to face the most dangerous thing we all call it REGRET. Trust me I now fear more to feeling regretted than any failing in anything. So it is better to fail than regret it later. It's good to fight fear with another fear. But it works for me but who knows it can work for you or not, though the only way to know is to try.

-> Stay Motivated: As you know anything can be done if we put some pressure on us or someone else puts some pressure on us(just like in job boss pressures you to get work done in time). To do it by yourself find the good things and good ideas that can motivate you staying motivated is the key to success. And to find what motivates you? you have to ask yourself one question that is...
Why am I doing this? For what? For whom?
If you get these questions answers you can stay motivated every day.
The another thing to stay motivated is to write a diary. List every day's work. write down the answers of above questions and read it every day or when you feel sad or like failed read the answers of those questions and you will find out that you got your spirit back in your body.

-> Feel the Fear: As the saying goes "to learn something you have to face/fight it". If you really want to learn how to face or remove the fear of failure you have to feel it for at least one time or sometimes many times just like me. you have to feel the fear to learn how to fight it not to get your moral down. So, if you face even if it is small one fight it with all your might. And if you fight with those type of small failures you can start bigger plans and startups after that. Like me, after failing in blog, video, website, and many small things now I don't fear the failure like before.

At the end of this article let's watch the video from the author of Harry Potter J. K. Rowling on the topic "The fringe benefits of failure".

conclusion: The life gives chances to everyone, this is the reason we all face some types of failure in life some of us learn to fight with it and some lose the hop to fight. I hope you will fight and became fearless...good luck.
