Have the fear of the failure?

Everyone has the fear of the failure, no one is an exception in that. But it is the most affecting factor now a day in India. I have recently joined a startup course and there are many people I saw that everyone have the idea to do business and became an entrepreneur but they all have one thing that is restraining them from doing or starting it. It's the fear of the failure. I am also working on my startup idea and finding people to make a team with but when I talk to these people almost all of them says that "we prefer doing a job rather than a startup." and when I ask about the reason they say "what if we fail?"
